Arrive back home on Wednesday from work and looking to go out Saturday. Fancy a new rod but stuck with which one to get, I mainly fish beach, rocks and river. Any help would be appreciated. Cheers

There is no rod that will cover all those scenarios but if I was you I would look at the Leeda Icon M sport range. Think the retail at £149.99 and they are available in three 'power bands' - match, power and ultra. I will leave it to you to decide which one will suit your mostly fished

On that note we forget sometimes, some anglers and the kids just starting out, dont have or want to have, multiple choices, different rods to choose from available to them.
Think we all started with just one rod, do you actually need more,my one rod went everywhere, all year round, all venues, all conditions, still caught just as many fish, with me quite happy which is at the end the day is the only reason we do it.
