thats quite a statement to make would you like to elaborate a bit more for us less fortunate than yourself to know this goes on.
think the guys in the club would be interested in talking to you to find out what exactly you mean by that statement.
me myself will be fishing as is what keeps the clubs going and future anglers hoping to catch the bigun.

I assume it wasnt to be used as bait? so what else would he use it for? weighing in perhaps?

Exactly why I don't bother the the open comps now, used to fish as many as I could years ago. Witnessed dodgy goings on myself (two lads putting their couple of fish each into one bag of four and weighing it in - I knew they were cheating as, like Insano, I'd fished beside them the whole comp), never fished an open since. Just to add, this wasn't in the Newbiggin comp but another which at the time was probably the biggest NE open.Last edited by MickA; 10-09-2008, 01:23 PM.
