Alright lads, was supposed to be heading up the west coast of Scotland this weekend but with the weather reports weve opted for camping around Craster area with the view to have a go fishing around Cullernose. Apart from this venue can anyone recommend any other marks around that area maybe north that is any good? thanks lads

I've always found Cullernose better by reputation than it usually is. Did some spinning and worked jellyworms over high water last week. Apart from one very small Pollack second cast didn't get a touch. Despite around a dozen fishing only saw two mackerel landed. One lad said it had been poor all week.
You could try the cliffs at the back of Dunstanburgh Castle but I think that has been poor this year from what I've heard. The rock edges all along that stretch will give cod through the summer.
All the beaches should give you flounder and turbot to worm and fish baits, don't need to cast far. Probably have a chuck on one of the beaches with my son next week.
