Anyone help with any info on this shot I know where it is and it's a low water shot but if someone could put me in the right direction that's best to fish would be appreciated and how long is best to fish it before making tracks on the flood cheers

Not really fishing info, but there's a little diagram of the area on here
Whitburn Angling Club: Guide to Whitburn Haven known as 'The Bents'
I've fished a couple of times from the beach alongside the steel, plenty of fish but just small stuff - coley, codling, flounder, whiting.
I keep meaning to get down at low tide and fish off the steel, but haven't gotten around to it.

I was told its best fished high water with a decent sea comin over the rocks... Provided a bit of shelter from a big sea.... Never fished it myself but heard a few lads mention it... Did hear weed can be a problem there aswell"In order to becomes old and wise, first you must be young and stupid."
