Someone on the locker posted that they were going over this weekend and have now deleted the post. Admins have tried to contact the person but have failed to get a response and he has been banned. Without jumping to conclusions it does look odd if someone does not respond to accusations to defend himself.

They should be prosecuted for what they have done but at the very least named and shamed.I'm normally the first one to say not to name and shame as sometimes there can be a perfectly reasonable excuse....But not this time they should be named and banned from every fishing related forum and there pictures put in every local tackle shop so as not to be served.

Yes mate getting worse i have fished these marks for the best side of 20 years on and off and have seen as you say more and more rubbish getting left i remember the farmer over at the mull tipping tons of topsoil to try and stop folk from getting down there and when the national trust wardens at dunny castle were stopping access through the main gates at one time thankfully this phase passed but the way things are going

Don't think the police have time to investigate this kind of stuff mate... Environmental agency or someone like that might do though....
