There was a post last week on the locker, lad going on about a trip to isle of man, some mates, in car and van etc.

Since the Ramsey club posted the **** tip that was left, the locker post has been deleted.

Common problem in all walks of angling life

I fish a local carp pond that is free to fish with a good head of carp in it the locals have the place lookin like a tip, me and my mates often fill several bags with rubish when we have finished a session. The owner of the land has now said enough is enough and is going to fill the ponds in with the fish in the ponds. Last visit I told some of the locals what was happening and asked them to give us a hand to tidy up. The reply we got was it wasnt their rubish so why should they pick it up. Anyway we returned the next day to find cans,line and a broken landing net left by them the day before 😡

Im a member of a couple of other course fishing ponds one with around 30 members and one with 10 members and even they have crap left behind 😡

I hate litter its just lazy and disrespectful to leave it for someone else to pick up!

The Isle of man is a beautiful place and the people are very proud of their country. I visit there quite often with work and am there again next week for the Isle of man show and hoping to fish there on Sunday if the weather improves😊

If anyone knows the lad from the island and he wants a hand to clear the crap up left by the fools I would be more than happy to try to restore his faith in North East anglers as I know we arnt all the same. Rant over☺

It's a disgrace and damn right lazy for anyone to leave litter anywhere never mind fish! It's easier it put them back. I like to think it's not real anglers. I fish all over the country freshwater and see it all the time, mostly in the summer when I like to think its fair weather, part time want-to-be's!! We usually end up picking up other peoples rubbish so as to not spoil it for others. They is just no need to ever leave rubbish!!!!

Someone must know who it was name and shame them what about asking the ferry company? who was on the ferry from the north east that week? then name them we will all be tarred with the same brush if this keeps going on just look at the mull ---st abbs- craster among others it's obviously some right ignorant *******s that have no respect for themselves never mind anything else if this keeps happening fishing will be banned from most parts of the shore that is privately owned
