fished the heugh pier h,pool yesterday afternoon, their was about 10 of us spinning and float fishing nothiing for the first 2 hours then it went balistic, macky all over the place i counted 13 casts with a spinner 13 fish no retrive getting them on the drop, ended up with about 50, kept 10 to eat and use as bait retured the rest . best thing was a young lad about 8 fishing next to me with his dad cought a load of them and retured all back to the sea except 2 one for his tea and one for his mams tea he told me.
