  • Bison breathable waders

Anyone had any experience with the above thinking about getting some they're a reasonable price as far as breathable go and come with studded boots? Or recommend some decent breathable waders I do a lot of rock edging so need to be up to the job! Cheers in advance!

I use waders in my day job - reckon on getting thro two pairs a year due to barbed wire and sharp rocks. I tried Gortex a few years back and to be honest it was bloody heart breaking when I ripped the arse out them! Stick with neoprene, you used to be able to get 2mm thick hobbies a while ago which were ideal for summer use (I can walk 2 -3 mile in waders) , I also found that the booty waders combined with a cheap pair of steel toe capped hiking boots were a lot less fatiguing than waders with built in boots.

      Bison breathables

Got a pair of the above last summer the boot foot version and you get studs with them which i put in the heels. Worn them about a dozen times with no probs (they get good reviews) Its good not to be soaked with sweat going to and from marks so they are breathable much more comfortable than rubber or neoprene. But all breathable waders are quite thin so you wouldnt want to be rambling through bramble bushes or scraping them over barnacles. Also they are a cream sort of colour(dont know why but a lot of them are light colours so they can get a bit manky when blacks and crab are exploding on them.but i like them.Hope this helps.
