      not much to post really conditions were crap, fishing was worse lol, but theres only one way to learn new marks and thats to fish them. Could head down to the marks on the river and pull out flatties and stuff or fish the same kelp beds as last summer but you know me i like the adventure and challange. I'll bet my bass and thornies this year even if i've got to have 50 blanking sessions to get them

          That depends on your definition of lost! ok i didnt follow the route i planned but we got there in the end with a few minor diversions!!

            Gonna have to check me calendar but I reckon a trip back to the Mull is due at some point...got Glastonbury, weddings, stag dos, me own holidays etc etc to get out of the way first

              Tom Tom didn't come on the trip mate we were just looking for good pubs on the way.

              Fishing was terrible but like Phil says the only way to learn these marks is to fish them as people ain't to keen to give you many tips on fishing down there
              Best shore caught fish:- Pollock 6lb+ Beadnell, 9lb 8oz Cod Blyth Beach

                i thought the conditions were fantastic for getting soaked through in haha im not sure if someone got a pic of me braving the bearing sea lol bring on 6ft waves ill stand in them all haha
