Good to bump into you again down Horden last night. Pity about the blank though. Nowt happening all along the beach so we weren't the only ones to go home with nothing.
Now, this Porkfish I was telling you about. It's a species of Grunt, HONESTLY. You just couldn't make this up, could you?
The Wiki article is here, and just to assist you in your smoking habit I see the fish contains the ciguatera toxin so you can probably smoke them like mackerel.
Of course you could always make a nice shredded pork butty from one as well, with loads of fried onions.
