  • Yukki line

No not a wind up just seen a video online with this very thin yukki line cutting plastic has anyone used it? Seems very good

I've used it once mate. I thought it was crap. Couldn't pull out of any snags and snapping when I was pulling knots tight.

Suffix tritanium or nowt for me now.

Did you buy the line by strength or diameter?

0.20 for 10lb is not that thin mate I was looking for it for the rubbing resistance

Have used the 0.2mm 10lbs stuff (diameter of 4lb mono) a lot for leaders with braid for lrf style stuff. It handles abrasion well and the only time it has gone is when snagged up so much I've had to grab mainline and pull.

Trusty old big game was always under rated, the 15lb stuff breaks at 22lb. I got a nice line burn yesterday when I snagged up and forgot how tough big game was

phil 0.20 for 10lb is really thin . if its prestretched like lots of polefishing lines then its abrasion resistance will be poor . wonder wot knot strength is not 10lb I bet

Thought 0.28 was average diameter line so only just less. Seems very good here is the link https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=WQPksGkBgBU

Either way at that price seems way overly expensive for a one shot spool fill. Before anyone jumps in and claims yor paying the price for its strength and technology in invisible properties.

Buy a 4oz spool of any quality premium line same diameter, you will get well over 1000m of line for your money, put backing on your reel, top up with 100yards with line of choice, fills you reels many multiple times more, add a short florocarbon leader for fishing, same advantages, fraction of price, job done.
