Can\'t put my hand on the address, but Reelsports is the name of the company m8.
If all about you are catching fish, cast in their swim !!!

Probably the same company who do \'Daiwa Service Centre\'. I phoned up today for 4 parts for my SLOSH 30 only to end up talking to some lass who knew nowt about reels. God was that painful. I asked if they did the parts for other makes of reels and they do.

The head on the Handle Nut Plate Screw crumbled (not over tightened!) so I had to break off the Handle Nut Plate to get to the screw thread. I managed this but also managed to scratch the handle up at the same time. They had the Handle Nut Plate in stock for 40p but not the screw to hold it in place (about 20p). They also didn\'t have the handle in stock, but when I found out that it would cost about £14.50!!! I wasn\'t that bothered. I also wanted a left side outer ring (the gold bit) as it has been damaged by a few falls. This was a very reasonable £4.50. So I asked the girl if I could order the parts, pay for them and get them posted to me when they were all in stock - no was the answer! She said that they might be in next week (by which time the parts they do have might be out of stock). If I get the same next week I will be phoning Daiwa UK because this was a joke.

If you\'re struggling for parts or service get in touch with Nigel Frith \"The Reel Doctor\" on reelrepairs@lycos.com

I\'ve used him recently for parts and he gives a very prompt service. If you look on the Total Fishing site you\'ll see good recommendations for him.
