hi jordy, never had a prob with any of my reels, i just strip down once a year after cleaning light coating of thick on inside of endplates thick oil on gears, after a fishing session put under a warm water tap running lightly, let it dry off a little then a spray of wd40 all over thats all i do.forgot to mention i put a drop of oil in bearings every third or fourth trip.
hope it helps a little. john
did you know panel pins comes in diff sizes ?

You guys might know this already but i will mention it any way.
dont put to much grease in the works, as it collects sand, grit and dirt making it more of scouring paste than a lubricant. a light grease and some abu "rocket" oil is all i use, and works fine.

cheers lads i forgot to put on the post that i got
a tube of grease off a JCB driver that he uses
on the hydraulics and didnt want to put it on my
reels incase it knacked them up,Guess i was wanting to
know if there was any shops that stocked similar grease
to what`s already in the reels when they manufacture them,
        sorry for any confusion,cheers.
