  • South of Tyne Wrasse Hunt

Looking to fish around LW for wrasse somewhere south of Tyne but have never ventured that way before so haven't a clue where to go. Any pointers would be most welcome.

    Cheers

Bit early for the wrasse around here but the wherry,Souter point and marsden throw a few out in the summer rag and crab work well for them. Shields pier also known to produce them but there smaller than the ones you find in the rough ground
