  • Eyemouth - too early for lures

Heading up to eyemouth to see the wifes mum again next week and fancied a couple of hours out. havent got much room in the car as we are taking the dog, but I would have room for my travel spinning rod and a few lures so I was just wondered if it was still a bit early to be chucking a few lures around? If so, any one know when it's worth giving them a try up there?

Aye, its lovely up there - and I don't have a choice about going up - so I might as well do a bit of fishing while the wife is at her mums!

Tempted to go up the day before so I can do some on my own and also take the bairn down the harbour to drop a few lines over the side.
