I've notice on a couple of videos and on some adverts people have managed to metal band a zziplex don't know how to go about doing it but would like mine done if I can if anyone has any info on doing it I'd be grateful cheers

Why do you want to add a metal band? These rods are regularly cast over 280 yards without needing a metal band by some of the top field casters in the country. The spigot on a Zziplex doesn't need strengthening, it is already fit for purpose, all adding a metal band will do is add weight to the blank and change the action under loadCLIP IT AND WHACK IT
