what iv caught this winter

Hi lads glad to finally be back on after having lost my password and email.But all sorted now. I havnt done to bad this winter iv had one fish 7lb 6oz on a club match fishing the railway hole at lynemouth i also wighed i think it was around 11lb bag in at one of the club night matches one fish wos 4.14oz and one around 3lb and my best fish ov all my years fishing it was 13lb 4oz from bog hall last week.im still buzzing!!!!! apart from that iv had the odd trip to beadnail but nothing and a few pier maches which was mainly whiting.Any way glad to be back thanks to willywetegg for sorting my password out

p.s im out on the weekend ill let you no what happens.I dont think ill ever get somthing bigger than 13lb 40z in my life time fishing getting worse

Winter catches well done, and what i have had so far

well done on you're fish catches over the winter mate and well done on that 13lber 4ounces, i have had a good winter not loads of fish but more quality than quantity with best so far 10lb 2 ounces of Roker pier followed by a cod of 9lb all fish have fell 2 mainly fresh crab or razor/lugowrm. Also had bags of smaller cod with fish between a pound and a half 2 three and a half the smaller cod seemed 2 take a liking 2 just lugworm baits. Also i have had plenty of ting as usual, with some good ones well over a pound and a half.

i did have a personal best bass this season of 9lb best fish ive ever caught from the shore
hopeing to get some nice red codling this spring/summer trying the marks from store's book

good to be back!!! canny fish fishingfanatastico and ya right there are some big ones about but not alot of them !! gazzawill thats a cracking bass mate you beet my bass record by 7lb.i didnt no hedly was still on here hes a good bloke hedly cheers to him for posting 4 me

welldone on the biggin mate ,ive had around 27 cod/lings this season thats just the ones a pound and a half and over ,lot of pound size ,biggest yet 8lb ,4.5lb,4lb,3.5lb,and a few to around the 2 and a half pound mark,am still trying before the season is finished which wont belong now.might brave that bitter cold today aswell lol

Welcome back darren ive only caught 1 cod this season this year it was about 2lb in weight then i was shown up by the misses on new years eve with a 7lb 10 oz im still gutted.

1 flu, 2 colds and 1 chest infection. Best was the ches t in fection tipping the scales at around 12 days.

Never fished so had to put somethng :0)
