Fish \"n\" Strips??

Hi Tat try a mixture of a 14 hour day Im up at 4.30 on a Sat and get back home at about 7pm then the magic ingredient vast ammounts of John Smiths its so easy to drink it fast,,, mmind you I aaamm sufffering this aafterrnoon not recommended if you are trying to put over a point on N.E.S.A

have tried them and caught a 1lb plaice best used without other bait on trace i.e. two hook rig both with fish/n/strips,came 5th in club comp 2 plaice one on fish n strips one on rag handy to keep in the box to try if nothing else works. by the way this was the first time i used them.
