I always re-freeze the likes of mussel, razor and squid.
Not worms or fish though, except runnydown.

A lot of baits seem to fish better when they're a little bit "high" !!

I freeze my baits but i no alot of people who dont like to.
If ive got worm left i put them into the fridge in a tray with a litle bit water in the bottom. It works for a week or to but you have to keep chnging the water.

yeah always take my bait home, ive kept rag in trays with sea water and a pump for upto a month and lug for even longer, as for frozen baits i always refreeze my runneydown, mussel but only tend to refreeze razor and squid once.

                  refreeze

paul, i bought a bag sealer a few years ago now, and it sucks all the air out of the bag leaving your bait in brill condition. when its defrosted if you dont use it you can put your bait straight back into the freezer provided you havent opened the bag! peeler crab , when defrosted if not used will go black because the air has got to it.by vacumn sealing it as described, you can return them to your freezer and they will remain in great condition. yes its a pain vacumn sealing them individualy, but its worth it. hopes this helps.

Darren i know a lad who uses a small re-chargable car hoover to suck the air out of his bags,he also does the same in the summer months when he puts his floatation suit away til winter
