have a feeling they could have been a general bye law written up years ago, you might find now that the Home Office know they can not stop bait collecting/fishing from Crown esate land, most of the shoreline.?

What\'s the difference between \'using\' the sea shore and fishing from the sea shore? Surely we would be \'using\' it to fulfill our rights enshrined in the Magna Carta?
