Sorry I can't help you with any Peeler Dave but I can give you a little free advice.
Over the Winter months Mussel will catch just as well and it's a lot cheaper.
A large cocktail of Mussel and Runnydown is a fantastic Cod Bait and don't let anyone tell you any different.

If they were the ones by baitbox i wouldnt waste your money stick to fresh or qaulity frozen which you no has been peeled properly and frozen im lucky as i can still get fresh crab.... ive got about 40 in my fridge now.

I find crab better as a summer/early autumn bait, like the guy said earlier in the post, Mussel is a fraction of the price and is excellent in the winter.

I usally never use crab after november but cause of the mild winter we are having its still fishing really well and ive noticed its still having the edge in most cases over any other bait, mussel is one of the next best baits some people dont rated it that well but if you constantly used it all the time you will find it fishes well.

Just spoken to a mate of mine ,he's got 30 frozen left and has knacked his back so fishing is out ...........here's the bad news ,he wants £35 for them the greedy git ,mind you he did pay a lot for them in the first place which I did advise him not too lol.
You can take the lad out of Walker but .......
