    Well av finaily made the leap of faith into the bass fishing world also will be spinning and useing jelly worms for the pollock and a bit ov float fishing. Fort I would do it right this summer . I have ordered all the gear tonight plugs rod reel lures line you name it .I have been doing a bit of reserch on it over the last few weeks but have yous lads got any tips or any think that could help me out because I am more of a winter fisherman but fort I would give this summer a ago thanks I will be fishing around hartlepool been into my local shop and they have told me the marks but anythink else would be a big help thanks

    Alright mate. Im having me first go at lure fishing this year as well.

    From what I've read up to now a lot of it says the best thing to do is walk where your going to fish at low water and look for things that might hold fish like big boulders, gulleys and kelp and stuff. And travel light so you can move on plenty if there's no fish.

    There's a few helpful links in the lure fishing section on here as well.
    All the gear, no idea.

      not from your way lad's, but suppose bass fishing shouldn't change.

      where we are the best bass mark is a beach, and there is hole's, rock's and weed, but you'll be surprised how close they can be.

      just lob into the breaker's.

      and be patient.......!
