Thanks guys. A fair bit to chew over there but I think may settle it with a C3LD.

A cast would confirm it as being "The One".
Am up at Century this week to have me guide replaced so will at least have a chance to see it.

Anyone know of a swap offer?
Told the missus I was going on a diet. I'd only eat what I caught

Lovely Casting & Fishing Rod Lynn, you wont be disappointed. If youre not in a hurry you should find one S/H. Also IMO they are one of the best all round Rods you can buy.

ccld as said in last post is a good alrounder good value for money chucks leads out for miles wouldnt mind another myself.

some would say bite detection is poor as tip does not bend as much as other rods but it is so difficult to find a rod that is perfect for everything

you can pick up a good secondhand one for about 130 to 150 quid and these rods will achieve distances in the region of 250 yds with right cast.
did you know panel pins comes in diff sizes ?

Century cccld. Handle 7oz and bait no bother. Very easy rod to load up with it being a c curve. Very nice rod.
