I have had them with one eye like that but not with two Graham.

I caught a codling at St Peters Basin that only had one eye and that was white and cloudy. Months later when we had the Angling North East junior get together Tompa brought one in that was exactly the same and it was from the same place.

Under the new licence all milky / wonky eyed fish will get glasses that fit on their little fish noses. I caught a fish with a hair lip once and laughed at it. It turned into a human and used to beat me up every day at school.

                Yup just the eyeball.

She was of course constantly pulling in other whole fish as well on a regular basis and was also almost as frightened of the spider that lives in a hole in the Royal Quays wall as I was. Mark poked it with a stick, it bit the end off and threw it back. (Shudder)

Some people are like slinkies - not really good for anything but bring a smile to your face when thrown down the stairs
