All the rods are very very good.

I have owned century's, conoflexes, zziplexes etc and would rate these as good, certainly for fishing. Certainly better value, only time will tell though on the reliaibility front, believe you me I hit my rods hard and have had no problems with the big beach which I own.

My favourite is the 14ft big beach, the match rod is a cracker too. Fished next to shane russel who uses one and rates it as the best!!!

Don't have any experience of the others though.

All the rods are decptively powerful, especially the big beach.

The A/A Big Beach and Rock Rod are nice pieces of kit. For around £200 thery should be a sound investment. As for there clothing though it is poor and i have found the smock and salopettes leak at the sems.

gillbo that is the exact oposite of my clothing and i have been out in some wet conditions but i would say if you got wet enough in any gear with seams it would let water in at some point. just an idea but have you tried spraying the seams with the tent waterproofer stuff.
only once the smock got me wet was when the lower pocket filled up with water and that was because the rain was horizontal

Thats a canny idea. I dont really think they should leak though as there not exactly cheap. My Titan or Mustad jacket didnot leak like that and i have fished in some very wet conditions in them.

i have a new bait and six rod and find that the rod is a pleasure to cast but
very fragile the rings are cheap and smash on contact with the beach this is why the are so cheap i believe .
check its got decent rings i have replaced 3 rings allready cos the linnings have fallen out i also have the 16 ft with fuji rings and i have to say that this rod has had no problems and is of better build quality
as for the box packs i have seen 3 with dodgy stitching and ive only looked at 3

              hope this helps
