    Have updated the first page with the bulk of the finer points regarding the freindly meet

    still trying come up with a "fishing" freindly Pub/Club for anyone wishing to have a pint afterwards

    Have been given a few pointers by people - anyone out there know any "fisherman freindly" landlords between the given boundaries...preferably between Seaton sluice and Whitley Bay

    any help/info greatly appreciated

      Have had a think about this...and given the fact that it's going to be late and most people will have driven etc...a pub meet up is prob not feasible

      Especially as most of us will be in full winter fishing apparel

      Unless someone can reccommend a known fishing friendly pub with a late licence in the vicinity of Seaton Sluice or Whitley Bay seafront; then I would say that the best bet is to make the meet up at the Rendezvous cafe car Park

      Thoughts/ideas greatly appreciated

                                Please remind yourselves of the details which are on the first page of this thread - Whiting size limit at 30cms for example

                                This is not the North V South but who's to say we can't use it as a measure
