How come after a days fishing (lugging my box etc over two mile to steetly etc) i ache more.
Believe me fishing keeps you fit.
i am the same m8 used 2 play semi pro rugby league and feel more tired after a fishing trip then i did after a game!! lol i play half back so i dont do out any ways lol
Need to get back into the weight training myself, used to be quite fit and very strong, was out of breath just walking over to Lyneburn on Saturday and it's only about 400 yards. Ironic think is I'm still quite strong and capable of carrying at least 8 stone of fish, can't seem to catch them tho
