thinking about fishing shields pier this saturday, has any 1 fished it in the last couple ov weeks? if so hows it fishing? any info helpfull cheers ...

Friday before last, me and Ian fished off the end - had 3 fish all night !
Me = 1 codling 1.5LB
Ian =1 codling 1.5LB
Then he pulled in a 4LB codling - on a rig I\'d previously made !!
Fished the pier again last Friday night - 1 tiny whiting all night

Just wondering if south shields pier is doing any good? coz i might go for a few chucks of it sometime soon. Aint fished it in a couple of months so not sure where abouts on the pier has been catching???
