Can I go fishing locally during lockdown ?????????????????????????????????

After reading the rules concerning Lockdown I am uncertain whether I can legally go fishing as long as I remain in my local area. I am considering fishing on the Tyne which is only a few minutes from my home.



Does anyone know the facts, If Boris can cycle 7 miles surely I can travel a mile and relax a bit this weekend!!!!!
