Has anyone ever used prawns for bait in the north east or up Eyemouth ? Iv fished for years but never tried them.

Farm foods do 3 packs for £10 for frozen uncooked large prawns. Never had much luck myself but my mate always seems to do well with them.

strange as it may seem, cooked prawns seems to outfish uncooked especially in the boat
