Every time i cook my catch it curls up in the pan! any idea how to stop this! have tried scoring the skin!!

tried both of them lads!! it only happens when i cook fish i've caught, stuff i've got from asda is never a problem!! think i'll just get a fryer lolHappy to help, Keen to learn!

I would'nt know mate.......can't catch any fresh fish I do have a mate who kindly gives me some and i batter cod and bass or trout and such i score, rub with herby stuff and cook in foil in hot oven for 10-12 minsBest shore caught fish:- Pollock 6lb+ Beadnell, 9lb 8oz Cod Blyth Beach

Curly fish
