Is neoprene any good.there is some good ones on e-bay for 30 odd quid.
The neoprene looks uncomfortable. What do you wear underneath?. No funny answers please.

      Cheers Mick.

I wear lightweight trousers and thick socks... neoprene isn't uncomfortable, but it is close fiitting...so if you're wrapped up warm you can end up sweating your proverbials off with any kind of hike

Do people wash their fishing gear? Whassthaallabout.

Mick, Neoporene is very comfortable. it keeps all of the spare flesh in one place for starters, normally in a roll just under ones titties

Long Johns or a Monkey Suit underneath for them proper parky nights. You will still need some breathables mick for the trout! IMO waders for sea anglers are used more for warmth than their ability to keep the water out. At most you will be marching out and back down a gently shelving beach. Or making the odd foray into over the welly turf. Game fishing you can spend all day up to your chin in the middle of stupid river.

After all that though Neoprene chesties are essential, forget floatation suits. You are a go anywhere, warm as toast fishing machine with yer belly held in.

i just wear a pair of trackie bottoms under mine or light jeans if cold nights
                there real comfortable to wear
i take my floatation top and bottoms just incase but hardley ever need them just the chesties and a smock (with a fleece jumper underneath)

as for washing them i just hang them on the line and rinse them off with the hose pipe
