held one and yes there a bit softer then a ss if it was my money £457 id rather buy a leeda icon a lot cheaper or try zziolex m4evo softer then a ss but a powerfull rod or a dyamic lt 14 top class rods plus hold there money
If you like the komp ss then you will like the c-curve. from the reviews I have read on the net the j-curve is based on the super match and as already said the c-curve on the ss. I myself am investing in a j-curve as I have an ss. Gary @ nets will put you onto the right rod, he knows what he's on about. Pm nicky he has one I think.
Excellent fishing rod IMO soft tip through action rod but plenty ov power in the mid section & but. I was worried about it coping with anything decent on but ave had a few fish on it over 5 & it handled them no prob at all. Very user friendly to cast aswell
Gonna give one a wiggle on the weekend I think, if that's no good I'm gonna check out some others to see what would be best to go along side my ss as a bit of a softer rod. C curve is what I want going by what I've heard like.

Sean I just had a hold of a j-curve the night and seeing it in action it was an outstanding piece of kit. Very light and the bite detection is visible with the tiniest of bites pleased that I am getting one now lol
