  • bait prices this winter

    hi all before you say it i know i am a tight old git, do we expect price rises on bait this year what do you pay in your area for bait.are blueys worth the price just one other thing is there going to be a bait shortage this year.it does my head in bait please please please no arguing just opions or whatever.

        i think its best to order bait days in advanced of your fishing trip mate then you know your getting it m8

          I price things at the same as a pint of beer.
          Pint of carling in my local is £1.90.
          I usually have at least 8 pints.
          If i stay in i have 4 cans. £3.30.
          Loads of money left for bait.

              bluey's ive had from my tackle shop have been 4 or 3 bigish ones for £3 id say woth it

                rag worm is £2.80 £3 for around 15/ 20 depending on size
                lug i dunno yet never got any this summer
                usualy around the £3 mark for 20

                  hi gazza ,bait at harbour lug is £2.80 seen they had blueys in shop last fri as well as blacks rolled in paper

                    i am the tight git i dig my own worm but only take what i need. in my local shop it cost £9.50 for 50 lug and £7.50 for half a pund for rag.
