ive had some nice sized whities on bluey's
and had some codling on them to from the pier
just on the bluey itself no cocktails
semms to keep its oil scent ect longer than macky

i think they will be good during the winter as a tip off /back up bait in the freezer for quick trips

Freeze dry rag is crap. I have seen it used at sea houses. Do not buy any.

Regarding the blueys i,m sorry but i was not impressed at all.

Everytime i cast it flew off.

It stinks as well. My trousers were humming when i got back to the car.

Think i,ll be leaving the "bit of blue for the dads" alone.

                      Stephen ,

Where did you get the spurrie and why no pics?

                      Thats not like you

There is a new tagging programme starting for spurs with an aim to get the species to have quota's introduced and protection for the spawning areas so as sunart.

                      Cheers

To be fair i will probably give it another whirl in the winter. I,ll try the chunks and use some elastic.
