i go to a fish monger for the squid ,he gets in small hooksize ones and u get loads in a box.

squid - try the chinese supermarket (Wing Hong) on Stowell street, they usually have boxes in at a decent price.

i get my mussel from the fish dealers next to don giovanis restraunt at hendon realy cheep does squid too
