Where would you fish next friday night? The wind should be westerly about 20mph, low tide around about 11(at the tyne).

Was thinking maybe sticking to craster but i like to try new marks so what do you all think, where will i catch fish?
Happy to help, Keen to learn!

They're talking about granty and his havasack he uses when fishing his favouraite mark near marsden. If wanting to try new local low water marks and with a strong westerly you could try marsden beach and would be shielded but not sure how it's fishing yet.

End of Shields pier fishing south west corner until the tide pulls, then move around to left hand side of the blocks fishing straight south.

Been alot of nice codling around the 1lb-4lb mark, some good pollack upto 5lb along with loads of dab and small coalie.

Ragworm been working well but if you have crab am sure that would work as well.

Should not be many macky bashers at low water, it wont be out the wind but a good shot, Last two weeks it has fished canny on bait.

Use rolling leads until the tide picks up then the grips.

Yeah ok you fancy the pier then, has the advantage of lots of marks easy to get to can fish out to sea or into the river. And it'll be worth floating around the Blocks for Pollock
