    Can anyone tell me what the fishings like at Amble in June and what we could expect to catch? An idea of what area\'s to fish would be great too.

      from the pier, there might be a few mackeral showing. Not an expert on amble myself but have seen a fair number of flatties from inside the harbour.

      Just south of amble is the north end of druridge bay, somewhere in shore fishing I posted some scans of a sea angler article. at the top end is bondi carrs which are well known cod spots. and all along druridfe theres a good variety of flatties

          like marc says you will get mackerel /flatties odd stray codling or maybe a turbot if you go to whitehouse sands, if you go to the bondi or silver carrs take someone with you who knows the area as the tide comes in at the back of you
