    sorry folks don't know what has happened but no angling column in today, will try and find out why

    Alan. Probably because of the Christmas holidays. I was asked to put my Chronicle copy in by Monday lunchtime instead of the normal Wednesday morning. All the best for 2014, and that goes for everyone too.

      and all the best to you Sam, had mine in for Tuesday, no space today column going in Saturday.
