    How many different types of fish can be caught from the shaw along the north east coast line.

                What are Hags? Pogges? and Poor Cod?

                Caught a monster granny fish when i was a kid - it must have been over a pound in weight....I sh*t myself understandably

                        Did you ever see the Great Rod Race with Matt Hayes? He had a mission to catch every one of Britains native freshwater species in a month...even the lowly stickleback...which he caught with a geet small hook and a stick!!!

                        Size 6 hook with limpet will catch you most rock pool species

                          didnt see it but thats some going.. so is anyone else up for a bit species hunting?? are we going to have some kind of point scoring system (the harder the fish to catch the higher the pionts) or just the guy with the most under his belt?

                            Anyway anyone wants to do it I suppose....just go and see what species you can catch and then see if you can get a good speciimen

                            Howay lads and lasses? anyone up for a bit of competition? I'll even donate a trophy of some description...
