Am over again visting my father in law, last time i visited it was a big tide and fished the pier by the gate in the dark, blanked but did see some decent cod pulled in.

This time its not a massive tide 5.5 and the high water is 14.55 so was going to fish an hour before and down 2-3 hrs till it gets dark.

My sister in law lives at Island View so am torn between the pier or fishing off her wall and then going on the the rocks when the tide falls, not sure how high up the wall the tide will go at that height.

Any views on which might be best?

Might be worth fishing at the old paddling pools over high water fishing just behind the fence ! Or if theres sea on further round down from the cemetary!
