ok, now i am back it is time for me to start putting silly htings up again
for those of you with no idea, stuart and i used to live in east yorkshire and regularly made the trip up to fish south shields pier, then we moved to scotland........ the far north of scotland
we live in a little place called scrabster on the north coast, where you can get a ferry to the orkney islands from if your geography is up to scratch.
there is a revival of the caithness sea angling club trying to happen at the moment and they are having a little fun competition on sunday 11th april.
it is going to be a 2 quid entry fee
fishing off the various piers in scrabster, of which there are 4 separate ones plus all the quay sides. if anyone wants a couple of days away for some fun, then we have plenty of room to put people up and you want to try foreign waters as we are on the atlantic ocean here with a littlle bit of the gulf stream thrown in.
