  • the biggest tidal surge in 30 year

And its hitting the north east coast in a few hours.
Stay safe if anyone is thinking about it.
    Roll on tomorrow night.
If its got t1ts or tyres, its gonna be trouble.

If you can't fix it with a hammer, you have an electrical problem

A tidal surge could cut off the rock lads quicker than normal.

just becuase your fishing a rock mark doesnt mean you can be cut off. plenty of rock edges you can fish without the tide cutting you off.

Take a look at the roker webcam and see if you can still say that. The sea is on the road at the base of the pier with 90mins to go until high water and the swells only just starting to lift.

looking accross tees bay, the lower levels on the north and south gares are under water. the heugh looks like it isnt far off the lower level on there.

and its still over an hour to high tide

Roker almost looks under water, Seaham is probably not far off either...

Be interesting to see what it does to the spoil shelf at Horden, hopefully it will be a bit easier to get down after tonight...

I just went down and theres about 12" of pier on show , the seas just rolling over the full length , its the height of the loch gates and the seas just spewing into the marina , well worth a trip down to see it.

No i am saying if the sea keeps building the way it is it will be massive by later, i never mentioned MSW in my post. MSW may be right i dont look at that i look at the met office for longsands.

Is this a good enough explanation for you or do i have to explain myself anymore?
