Seen them in the mag. Never thought Leeda was any good. I don't think they are that cheap either.

The Icon range are as good as some rods double their price, Brilliant for the price, As said many times by people if they had a century or zziplex sticker on them they would be £300+

                  Icon ultra power

Had this rod about a year now and it's great. And would def buy another. People who think there naff should try one and they would soon be buying one.

For round about £140 I'd say that is very reasonable mate, if they are as good as people are saying.

leeda have had a bit stigma attatched to thier freshwater gear but they are onto a winner with these rods i gave my rod to a couple of tournament casters and 1 of them put a 8 oz lead on cast it wellout of sight they had roughly about £5000 of reels and rods with them on the day mainly zippy,s and could not believe how much this rod cost like chris says if they had a different badge on they would sell for possibly 3 times the price my son still uses his all the time all though they will pull the plug out they still have a great tip for bites and sitting nice in the tide the new 1,s will be slightly lighter minus the reducer which is still a good feature on the old 1,s
