  • Lazy Rag

Just skipping through the Veals catalogue in this months Sea Angler and I noticed preserved worms baits - Lazy Rag and Lazy Lug...

Has anyone ever used it? What do you reckon? is it worth keeping a pot in your box for that emergency occasion?
    Ooh a new vid!

Graham, I would rather keep a bag of Rag in the freezer mate lol.

If you want to keep some bait for a session that you did not expect, try Runnydown, Crab or Mussel. They will sit in your freezer for ever untill you need them.

Have a look through the catch reports and see how many times people have even mentioned the stuff.

        Jim.

Never tried the rag but tried the lug V fresh rag and lug on Blyth beach when it was first launched.
Two rods and nowt with the Lazy stuff but had fish on fresh.
Price is the same as runni and would rather have that

Yes mate, all of the tackle shops sell runnydown. I find the best way to stock up is to get a wee bit at a time.

                Jim.
