  • Fishing Marsden on wednesday?

Hye guys i'm thinking of giving marsden beach a go on wednesday. From looking at the tides I see high tide is around 12.10 in the afternoon and is the only hide tide that day. I was thinking of fishing 3 hours up and then 3 hours down. My question is does it fish alright down to low tide or am I better off fishing south shields pier or the rat house at sunderland?

Hello mate I've always found fishing the ebb to be best especially at night with a bit of a sea on. Drop wavy Davy. A pm he fishes marsden beach a lot sure he will put you right.

The way the sea is and the time your fishing if I was fishing those times it would either be, the side of camels then the 3 shelves when the tide pushes you back, use lug or squid stuffed with mussel, or the front of the cave next to the grotto using rag tipped with mackerel.
