need help with a multiplier

okay im fairly new to multipliers ive been using mine now for 2-3 months or so

it has started to make a noise when the line is pulled out and when i push the button to take slack of the line it is tough and often wont come off the reel quick enough which results in not being able to cast it

i had the same problem a month ago and my mate fixed it by turning one of the round things on the side however ive tried and tried and i still cant fix it

any help would be greatly appreciated, the reel is an abu garcia blue yonder just incase that helps

it seems it just needs servicing mate barings are probly dry what area do you live

someone said that but its in good condition and hasnt been used much !
