  • Led Lenser

Just thought i'd stick a thread on regarding an excellent customer service experience. I bought a H7 Led Lenser from Reelsport a few years back, after a couple of years of weekly winter abuse it began to flicker and eventually stop grafting altogether, i tried a repair myself with no luck so decided to drop them an email to which they replied to saying send it back and if it is a genuine lenser they would repair or replace. Spot on me thinks...but for 10 month i didnt bother to send it off, so i send another email and get the same reply, off she went last thursday and by tuesday i had a brand spanking new H7 supplied with batteries! WOWZAZ! now i am really impressed, so to all of you out there who own one, if you have a fault contact them and to those who dont....i will be really surprised if your manufacturer will provide the same service, well done Led Lenser.

I emailed them regarding my faulty one and got a reply back asking for the code that's on the lamp , so I emailed the code to them and they came back saying I had a copy light and not a proper led lensor even tho I have proof of purchase from there website they wouldn't entertain me.

I dropped them an email first and they advised me to send it off without batteries and they would have a look at it. Didnt ask me for any codes but if you have proof of purchase and from a reputable dealer then you shouldnt have a problem really.

heard similar a while back so thought i would hunt mine out to send back as it went faulty a long time ago and just stuck it away some where after i and done a bodge up and still not work properly, unfortunately now i cannot find the blasted thing so it looks as if i have lost out

                  good service

Glad to hear about your good service. Im currently having a run around trying to get a problem with my headtorch, (different make ) it supposedly has a 3yr Guarentee., I bought it around 18mth to 2yr ago, took it back to a local dealer, who didnt seem to want to know, said they couldnt send it back as "we cant afford the postage", left me a bit shocked as ive usually had good customer service, I buy something from them they always say any probs fetch it back, same with this, but change of attitude it seems, anyway Ive sent it back to the rep and will see what happens.
