Hi all,
I wasn't sure what forum to put this on as its a bit of an in between subject.
The WWF are looking to record a DVD which is to be presented to every MP before the marine white paper is to be discussed in parliament. They are looking to speak to representatives of every recognised shareholder in the marine enviroment and get their opinions on a local basis. For some reason they have chosen the NE region to represent angling in the DVD and I have arranged for the film crew to go out on a boat from Hartlepool to witness a typical NE fishing session.
So the reason for the post is I need 5 or six people to take part in this fishing session ( as extras) . It will be at about 7am leaving Hartlepool and at no cost to those who want to come along. The session will finish early but John the skipper of flamer2 has offered to take us back out when filming is over.
I have invited Stuart Johnstone on the boat and the WWF are keen to get his opinions as to wether the british cod record will ever be broken and if not why not. I know that Stuart has a few things he would like to say on that subject as have I .
If you fancy the trip, or failed the x factor auditions or would simply like to take part let me know and its on a first come first served basis. I would particularly welcome some shore anglers as I feel their opinions count just as much as boat anglers.
Cheers
Dave
