aye jamie mate i fished the groyne and it was hard work loads of undersized stuff . Lenny rundle junior won the heaviest fish mate 7lb 10 oz i thinkspecies so far :cod,whiting,coalie,dab,flounder ,plaice,3bearded rockling,mackeral,granny fish best for 2012 :6lbcod

yeh fished me usual spot at marsden.
hard going, as i expected
was hopeful to get on the pier but watchman made decision early on.
shame he said a few cod come off there last night.
might be wrong but am sure i saw a group of anglers get cut off on camels island. anyone hear out? must of waited for the tide to go back out.
